Walden Jogger (NB-16Y)

The Walden is a jogger with a cool colorblocked front and a fun back yoke. Walden includes tons of options, like the optional faux fly, optional front and back pockets (with the most awesome asymmetric flaps). For the waistband you can choose an elasticated or low or high yoga waistband. Walden enables you to create a cool moto-style jog jeans with denim french terry. The slim fitted legs are perfect for every bodytype.

Walden is interchangeable

The front and back pieces of the Walden jogger and Ugo jogger are exchangeable. This enables you to create a Ugo with colorblocks, a Walden without the back yoke or mix and match to create your perfect pair of joggers. You can also exchange with the Harrison shorts and Jogger, however, Walden only features the longer length and you should keep in mind that the Walden has ankle cuffs, which Harrison doesn’t have. You therefore should do some modding to exchange Walden and Harrison.

Skill Level for the Walden Jogger:

Walden is suitable for beginners. The colorblocks, back pocket flaps and the faux fly are the challenging elements, but even beginners can manage these perfectly. The entire construction is clearly and step by step explained in the instructions. Just go slowly and read carefully. If this is your first pants project: You got this!

Suggested material for the Walden Jogger:

To create a Walden Jogger, we suggest to use stable, medium weight knit fabrics with at least 30% stretch like: cotton lycra, jersey, interlock or french terry. Keep in mind that you might need to size up if you choose to use a thicker fabric or a fabric type with less stretch than recommended.

For the waistband you can choose to use the same fabric as the pants (main fabric) or choose to make an elasticated waistband. Please keep in mind that French terry isn’t suitable for the low or high yoga waistband. In that case you’ll need to use cotton lycra or jersey.

Walden has been designed according to the blue kids size chart. The pattern runs from size newborn (50) up to size 146 (176). Always measure your model and use trunk (for rise) and inseam measurements to choose the correct length.
